Please be sure to inspect the contents of your package immediately upon receipt. If you have an issue with a product that doesn't work or otherwise isn't quite right, review our policies below. Returning Unused/Unopened Item(s)


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK (POSTMARKED) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PRODUCT BEING DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR. ITEM(S) MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL CONTENTS OR THE RETURN WILL BE REFUSED.

You may send the merchandise back via the shipping carrier of your choice. Please be sure to use a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

We will not pay for postage on any returned merchandise unless the return is a result of our error. You will be refunded for the merchandise only, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund.

Refused product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.

Note: Credit will not be issued without the return tracking to show return was delivered back. Returns take some time to process and confirm the reason chosen is correct, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.
